Be very careful buying from this store, check the item very carefully prior to purchasing. I bought a pair of shoes 2 days ago and tried to return them this morning as they were a half size too big. They refused to refund me the money claiming that the shoes had been worn as the sole of one of the shoes had been worn down and the stickers on the bottom had been faded. I absolutely had not worn these shoes and they had been sold to me in this condition (hence why I recommend you check their products carefully before purchasing). I'm very disappointed and felt like I was treated like a cheat and a liar. I will not be shopping with Marks and Spencer ever again.

Went in m&s on monday morning to PICKUP my online order from Brixton very friendly and polite will b doing my xmas online shopping every year

I accidentally left 3 items at the till today. The brilliant staff kindly put them aside and I was able to return and pick them up. Love this store!!

Always enjoy going to the M&S in Brixton, south London. Went there more for a nose around, and managed to find something as a treat for myself in their rainbow sale. Their food is always good quality too.

Alison in Brixton branch was a star. I got her name from the name tag she wore. She was stocking up the shelves when we asked for some items we couldn't find. She went all the way to downstairs and and managed to find and bring us what we needed. It was close to closing time so she must have been tired but she was very friendly and professional enough to satisfy our request. I wish M&S would recognise her for her excellent service. The service that she gave us is hard to find thesedays in supermakets. Big thanks to Alison.
