I love Tkmaxx but I had a few issues with CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I bought 4 plates at Brixton branch and after a couple of times, they are all chipped.
I sent an email to make the brand aware and to stop selling it to clients as they are terrible quality but no one answer..despite not asking for any refund or voucher !!!
They cost almost £5 each.
I have plates from Ikea that were 1/3 of the price and are better quality!!
Customer service after reading my review requested to sent the info to them but they didn't even bother to reply!! Completely useless and time wasters!!
Good smaller size store, making social distancing challenging. Staffs are doing their best to provide very good customer experience. Wish the clothes were more spaced out.
This tkmax is not the best as it doesn't have lots and lots of stuff, but for the area is ok. The staff is generally nice and helpful. The lift is generally quick

Today I had to exchange a suitcase. The Customer Service lady explained what I had to do at the store. When I got to the store, I had been given the wrong information but the ladies at the Brixton store were still able to help me. It was brilliant service.
