First no quality assurance at Argos. Instead of the item Toy order I received a box with garbage and an old scale in it. In the branch: The worst customer service . Inexperienced.

Why should I use Argos for small items Vs Amazon? This store is totally understaffed. Literally one person at the till only and it's freaking black Friday! Won't feel sorry if you are losing out to competition.

Despite the christmas shopping queue spilling into the street, the staff were efficient and very polite. My items were ordered in store and collected with no fuss and minimal wait. Well done!
