I had clothes i ordered online from debenhams during the pandemic. One of them came in with an empty bag and receipt but the piece of cloth was missing, i called, left several message and sent emails but never received a reply. The other pieces were not my size so i wanted to return them but hermes did not receive them cause the return sticker was damage (writing became blurry). On my day off, i checked for the nearest opened debnahams and it was the one in battresse (clapham junction) and on google it showed its open till 7 pm yesterday and today. I took a taxi for 30 minutes in a hot weather day, only to know hat this branch has been closed for few months!! This is very unproffesional! You should update the information on google!

My local Debenham where I can purchase something on my way back from work which is very convenient. The cafe upstairs does express lunch but an extended menu would be great. The building itself is beautiful and again the interior decoration can be upgraded to reflect the exterior. The purchase my cosmetics a lot from here but the staff can be quite rude unfortunately. I had once made formal complaint about a Clarins staff but never heard back about the resolution. Same with Elizabeth Arden staff. Dior (where I buy maximum cosmetics) however have been great so far. Debenham sales are great too and so is the watch service. I always use this service to change my watch batteries and also get a free coffee for the wait.

Bought cosmetics but they did not have Calvin Klein section. Good and helpful service.

Quite good for a next-to-a-train-station one. The one star less it's because some areas feel really encumbered and because on this occasion the cashier was particularly short with me. Normally I do love Debenhams

Good place to go for shopping and a lunch time meal with tea or coffee
