Fantastic family outing planned before coming 19. Must say they made us feel welcome and safe especially in hotel lovely time nice food we are going back with more family next year and staying 4 nights instead of 2 my grandchildren adored it thanks 😊
The parking was great, although gets busy there is enough parking. If you are a guest of the hotel then the parking is free, just need to get a ticket to scan at the barrier when you leave the resort, although the ticket wouldn't scan I did press the 📞 button and a kind lady let me out. Happy and would definitely use again.
Hotel was clean and tidy great view polite stuff room was lovely only enough toiletries for one person when there was four of us
Absolutely wonderful hotel. The decor, views, entertainment- including a snuggle movie area, pool was amazing. The restaurant couldn’t of been more accommodating and good food. And the location between the car park, hotel and theme park couldn’t of been closer!

And great rides hope u fix the pirate one but over all everything was good I rate it a five star
