Steer well clear people!
I received a parking permit notice caused by the driver trying to tailgate without paying. I've tried chasing these guys to pay and no one is responding. It's been over a month now. I'm shocked that a company would even do something like this with a customer's car. Unprofessional is an understatement! The manager, who has been dodging my calls, is apparently a young guy who is only around 19 years old. The kid need to study rather than own a business which is too big for his shoe size.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I handed my car to them and was required to give £4 aside for parking, only later to find that the driver did not even pay for the parking and tailgated. I later received penalty for this, which was sent to them and which they had no courtesy to even acknowledge. My car could have been damaged during the tailgating. Very unprofessional and dishonest!
Horrific experience. The driver made me wait outside for more than 45 minutes when I went to collect my car. There was not courtesy to even say sorry. Terrible service.
If I could, I wouldn't even leave 1 star!
