Kya fixed a loft soil vent pipe that was threatening to fall down. He did this from a ladder so saved us the cost of a high level working platform. Good at communicating when he was able to come and a pleasant chap to deal with.

Kya came to install a new downpipe to feed a new water butt and to clean/repair the gutters at the front of our house He was very helpful, he worked efficiently and did a neat job. I am happy to recommend him.

Kya inspected, made recommendations, quoted and then repaired faulty guttering and installed a new downpipe at the front of our house - at a very acceptable cost. So when two weeks later a roof at the back of the house started leaking we contacted Kia who came immediately and stopped the leak. Thoroughly recommend.
