Had balayage done for a second time and for some reason the girl doing my hair ran big black chunks through the light parts of my hair. When I messaged them they were rude and dismissive of how awful my hair looked. Eventually offered me a (partial) refund when it was obvious I didn’t want them doing my hair done again. Then told me it would take 3-5 business days for me to receive the refund. Didn’t say anything even though I know this isn’t how bank transfers work anymore. Messaged today on the 5th business day advising I hadn’t received my refund, and was told to check my bank again, and suddenly it was there. Refund £5 short, and when I asked them to send me this I got it within minutes, so not sure how the 3-5 business days didn’t apply the second time. Clearly hoping I wouldn’t chase my refund. Never received an apology either. Had to pay £90 to have my hair fixed elsewhere. Avoid. Rude and generally unwelcoming place.
