Thank you for the fantastic service and awesome staff. It was so easy to get in contact with them and they managed to provide an appointment with very short notice.

Easy to book, quick and efficient in terms of the vaccinations with a thorough explanation of any possible risks or side effects beforehand. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again for any future travel health needs.

This pharmacy goes out of their way to do what they can for their customers. They didn’t have the item I needed in stock, but searched what seemed like everywhere for it. Unfortunately the item was unavailable, but they contacted my GP for an alternative medication, which arrived that afternoon and they called me to let me know it was ready. Times are hard right now, but they definitely do seem to be doing what they can to help. They had to ask me some questions when I purchased something over the counter, but they were very conscious of other customers in the shop and tried their very best to keep things confidential. I did over hear what I assume was the pharmacist telling one customer that they weren’t able to use their consultation room at the moment, due to the pandemic, but he took the other customer over into a quiet corner to talk to them, which I found a very professional approach to the problem. I do use this pharmacy quite often and everyone is so polite, professional and happy. On one occasion I went in and the ladies out the back were smiling and singing, which in these current hard times, lifted my spirits. They did apologise, but to hear them still being able to be jovial as they must be under such pressure, was a joy so I asked them to carry on. Well done everyone at Pearl Chemist in Tolworth, you’re all doing a fabulous job. My claps went out for you too every Thursday evening.
