The lady myself and my daughter spoke to in the perfume department was amazing. She was so friendly towards us both. My daughter is only 5 years old but she really involved her when looking at the perfumes, letting us both smell them and reccomending some we may enjoy. She gave us samples at the end too. My daughter was so excited and happy leaving the shop. I wish i could remember the ladies name.

I do not usually give bad reviews but I'm making an exception today. I just returned from the pharmacy in boots Union Street Kingston upon Thames. I've never met such an ignorant or unprofessional pharmacist in my life! Either he doesn't understand English or he doesn't have good pharmacy knowledge. I asked him a simple question about if I can take 2 of my medication at the same time and he said I've to call my GP as if she is not busy enough. Then he had the audacity to say he call security and subsequently call my GP to complain! He must be so free to make phone calls! Also another reason for his unprofessionalism is that during this crucial time he is not wearing a mask and he is standing shoulder to shoulder with his colleague! No wonder our daily number of cases are on the increase! Very unhappy with this experience.

The pharmacist really helped me today Im lactose intolerant and unfortunately was given a coffee with milk in (didn't realize until I felt sick!) He knew exactly what I needed and got it for me really quickly and I feel so much better!!!! So thank you !! I was so scared I was going to throw up in public 😂.

Had fantastic service on the fragrance counter. The assistant noticed the type of brand we were looking at and told us she had a gift set at a really good price. Safe to say it was sold and we walked out very happy customers.
