This salon has let me down more than once, however I remained loyal and gave the benefit of the doubt each time.
I've endured both sides if my face burnt and blistered from unnecessary high percentage bleach. I had to return and sit for hours again the following day to have a full colour correction (no refund offered)
Turned up for my appointment recently, only to find out it was booked in on a different day to what I requested. So rebooked a day before a special milestone birthday, which I did not want but had no choice.
Turned up for my appointment today only to find my colours were not in stock. I don't think it's acceptable to try a choose a colour to match your stock levels. I wasn't a new client you had prior notice to audit stock levels or at least have the curtousy to inform my prior to my appointment. I was not booked in for a consultation prior, which was your excuse. If I needed a consultation prior why didn't you book one. You have my colour record I wanted the same as I always have so was not looking to have something completely different.
Enough is enough I will take my custom elsewhere been let down too many times and a day before my milestone birthday is completely unacceptable!!!
