My tyre had a puncture and the chap behind the front desk saw I had my 3 week old baby with me and sent me straight through to the warm waiting area. I was seen super quickly by another lovely chap who fixed it in no time. They also waived the charge for fixing it - absolutely world class customer service that I had today. Thank you!!

Very happy indeed. I expected to fail the MOT, however with the interim service & MOT, this gave me piece of mind. It passed with flying colours, then again I have had the car for over 12 years, and only 36500 on the clock, nevertheless it passed. Very happy. The only reason 5 stars was not given, is the time it took for it to be done, but understand they are very busy. Well done Kwik-Fit I will be using you service again.

I've called them today at 14.30 asking them if it is possible to reach in one hour to replaced my tyre. They told me to come. I've arrived there at 15.30 and they told me that the tyre machine is not working but I should come tomorrow morning to replace it. I suppose their desire to work wasn't at a high level as they were going to close at 16 PM. At least they should tell me at the phone not to come but I suppose they avoid to tell you that as the calls are recorded by the company. I sincerely don't recommend that team.
