Saturday morning...no hot water and no power to the boiler. Called Plumbright at 09:30. Richard was here by 10:30 and diagnosed a fault with the fan within 30 minutes. He then sourced a replacement part from his own stock . The boiler was back up and working by lunchtime. The cost was more than reasonable considering the high service level.

Arrived within 30 minutes for an emergency callout for a leaking toilet, problem fixed very quickly and a lot cheaper than expected! Didn't even wake the sleeping children in the next room! Highly recommended!

We have been waiting for repairs to be done for two months now on two boilers, obviously not as profitable as other work at this time of year, and then also not being able to help in a call out situation was very disappointing. On resolving the emergency with another company, we are now aware that the monies we payed for the two boiler services with Plumbright was very overpriced and missed simple elements, very disappointed. Would certainly not use again or recommend.

I didn't actually use this company as they could not help me with what I needed. Hannah there did give me a number for someone that could help. For this ,I not only rate them highly but will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent company. Within 24hours of contacting them we had a boiler installed, so appreciated as it was the coldest day of the year. Been using them every year for my boiler service, always reliable. Thanks to Richard and his team we are all snug and warm. Would thoroughly recommend them.
