Sufficient Maintenance Ltd

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Here we go... James started working in my house in January 2020. The house was empty. After moving in, I noticed a lot of things that where not done right or not done at all. I contacted James re these he's now decided to ignore me. Some are very unsafe and here they are and I've made it known. All I got from him is a text defending himself and then nothing. I have chased and tried to be civil ..... So I have no option to write this.... - James fitted a fire door in my open plan kitchen. AT LEAST HALF THE SCREWS ARE MISSING. He did put in all the screws for what ever reason. UNSAFE. - the front door lock which James changed for me has come off. I informed him it was coming off and got no response. I had to pay someone to come and fix it. UNSAFE. - my front door which James was meant to repair and paint WAS NOT REPAIRED. just painted even though I paid him to change it originally. UNSAFE. - the gutters which James changed for me are leaking so it wasn't fitted properly - some of the skirting boards which James fitted are coming off. I have had to go back to stick these on. - I paid James to supply and paint my flat roof with sealant, just over half the roof was painted for what ever reason - there are paint / caulk / adhesive all over my floors. Keep in mind it's not even been 6 months since James did all this work and I have only lived here for a few few weeks. All in all, James did not do this job in good faith I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sufficient Maintenance did my garden and I was very impressed with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a flooding from my bathroom and sufficient maintenance turned up promptly and sorted the leak and also gave me advice on what to do next.Thanks james
