Five stars is not enough for the level of service received from the C&H team. In the last few weeks, they have provided the utmost due care for their customers and their advice and service is world class. They understand your health matters and, in my situation, they went beyond what I had expected. I was blown away with their handling of my covid test for travel. I missed my first window to have it done, which meant getting my and my partner’s test results back in time for our flight was very doubtful. The team were proactive, strategic, came up with a revised plan of advice, provided steps of what I should do next and were there to support and help along the way. I followed their advice and I got my results the same day! I’m so grateful to the team.. I’ve never experienced such a high level of service in any industry. Just goes to show that it’s not technology that drives customer service, but a team of real people who show empathy and care! Don’t hesitate to use them!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist are very friendly, professional and helpful. If they don't have what you want, they'll order it for you.

The best Pharmacy in terms of professionalism, caring nature, knowledge and the real desire to want to help people in London (hands-down). If they don't have something in stock, I've never seen a pharmacy with a network such that they can source it very quickly (even same day). Pharmacy that looks after all my family needs.
