It is handy having this small local boots across the road. If you need to pick up your medication then i guess its good to go to. So many times when I have been they can take forever to get your medication at times I have waited up to 15mins. I find they hardly do what you want sometimes like they are very rare with what they have now. The staff are friendly and helpful but sometimes service is slow if they are short staffed and at times when going in they are at the back and I have had to wait around for someone to come to the front and serve.

Shockingly badly run Covid operation.. I had to go to another chemist because in their infinite wisdom anyone who goes in there with a prescription plonks their backside down inside while their prescription is being processed.... In this instance there were two young women sitting inside for almost 10 minutes whilst outside were 5 of us including a little old lady standing in the street.. Get properly organised and get people waiting for prescriptions to get outside so you can serve others, especially the elderly.. Bloody fiasco!

Had repeat prescriptions for 5 years at Boots in Warren St, but since moving my repeat prescription here in Nov 19 has been nothing but shambolic. The prescriptions are never ready when they say, they never text when they say they will & their latest effort has seen me go without medication for 2 months. I’ve now given up & switched elsewhere. Please put this pharmacy & their customers out of its misery

Terribly slow. It’s 15 minutes before anyone will even acknowledge you’re there. Then another half an hour for them to fill the prescription. And that’s if they even have it in stock, which they often don’t. Much better off literally anywhere else.

Very slow and bad service, I am aware the Covid-19 is slowing down the whole process, but on top of that they decided to close the pharmacy between 1pm and 2pm. Been waiting for 35 minutes to service only 3 people in front of me, they realised they lost a prescription they received 3 days ago.
