Preasure sellers. Absulte joke of a company. £20k but if I signed up today for a one time offer it was £14k! Wouldn't leave until I actually put his sample windows outside. Felt sorry for the sales guy.... like he wasn't going to eat if I didn't buy. Might have actually gone for the cheaper price if it was so "if I leave this price is gone"

Measure up, show us some options, give us your best price - that’s all we want! The sales speak was draining and the pitch was going on far too long so I asked the salesman to leave. The use of the phrase ‘help to buy’ is massively misleading - this is nothing to do with any government scheme. Avoid.

Once the price was agreed I did not have to wait long at all for an appointment with a Surveyor who came and checked every window and door, measured them and answered all my questions, gave me a timescale for the installation as well. The installers completed the work on my 4 windows and 2 doors within a day and were courteous, tidy and polite, the final product looking professionally installed and well finished too. No complaints could be made from start to finish.

No hard sell at the quote stage, the surveyor was very helpful in advising how to deal with my window boards as they needed to come out and be sanded down. The time from quote to survey to fitting was quicker than previous experiences. My fitting was delayed 2 days as one of the fitters' wives was being induced. Not a problem to me and I had just the one fitter on the day who happily got on with the job on his own. So much better quality than the previous windows and my neighbour has already commented on how nice they look.

Check some of their trust pilot reviews!! Shocking high pressure sales tactics! Sending young lads around dressed in flat caps and tracksuit jumpers going door to door in the middle of a pandemic. They're rude, trying to make people answer their doors and then peering into peoples houses over their shoulders, our village now has lots of worries paranoid residents that their houses were being cased for burglary, especially since there was a spate of them last night! Very worrying Company morals, I can assure you this Company has now got a terrible reputation in our village and it's highly unlikely they'll get used by anyone!
