Beka is an amazing teacher - passionate, knowledgeable, and funny. Classes are a great blend of challenging and relaxing; I always feel much stronger and calmer afterwards!
These are great classes! Beka makes the flows fun and easy to follow, especially helpful as a beginner. Will have to bring my baby daughter to one of the sessions too!
I did a 4 weeks course with Beka. It was my first time doing yoga, I was a little apprehensive to begin with but was made to feel at ease. Beka is a good instructor, she is passionate about yoga and her enthusiasm rubs off onto you. I throughly enjoyed the classes, I felt so calm and refreshed after.
From a complete beginner when it comes to yoga, i’ve recently started Beka’s classes and it’s a terrific way to relax and unwind. She is a brilliant yoga teacher, who clearly loves what she does and is very in tune to each of her students needs. I would definitely recommend her classes, it’s one of the highlights of my week!!
Beka delivered wonderful themed yoga classes for my holiday clubs at Achieving for Children and the young people who attended really enjoyed it. She was welcoming and engaging and adapted yoga postures so that children with mobility needs and learning difficulties could enjoy each move. There were also props and pictures to support the sessions.
Beka's yoga classes are fun and accessible and her calming and friendly teaching style makes it easy for anyone to join in. Her weekend sessions are both relaxing and strengthening and I would highly recommend to everyone; all shapes, ages and abilities!
