I would like to know why the Walworth Road branch is still closed? All the other shops in Walworthh road have re-opened apart from this one. When is it going to open again? I am a disabled person and can't get to any of the other branches.

Quick & Easy to pay and collect what I’d reserved. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Danny (I hope that’s his name) offered to help me get my big TV to the car without me asking. Very much appreciated! (Walworth Branch on 14/01/2020) Thank you!

Don’t buy from this store. If possible, go to the Peckham or Old Kent Road store. Far better customer service. As for this store - Pathetic staff with no common sense. Argos promise a hassle free refund but they didn’t give a refund despite not using the backpack that I bought. They said because I wore it at home to see how it looks like, I’ve used it and can’t get a refund. In the end, had to go to a different Argos, where the staff seemed far more competent. Got the refund in the end with that store. AVOID THE STORE AT ALL COST.

It was 20 min after closing. Store did not let anyone enter any more. But the kind stuff tended to remaining customers. I was the last one and it was obvious that they went above and beyond of what is required for them to do. Kind, efficient. One of them was Billy, he cracked the customers up with his witty jokes.
