It is perhaps surprising but incredibly convenient to have this M&S in an area without the greatest grocery stores. Well kept shop. Clean, Always fully stocked, and the wait at checkout never more than a few minutes. I hope this branch won’t be closing!
So glad that this branch of M&S has stood the test of time when so many decent shops on Walworth Rd have disappeared. I pop in for a few basic bits or a luxury treat when I'm in the mood and like that there is always consistency.
A classic. Good selection, lovely, tenured staff. Has all the basics and extra bits too. I've never once had a problem in this particular shop. Really a pleasure to browse here. Highly recommended.
Found few items in at good price on that day. Came in really handy good timing it's for us to visit.
Very disappointed, I was coming from a night shift, I quickly check into the store to get uniform for my friends son, I meet someone by the till, the lady to a bit a time with the sales lady, and as the lady moved forward i thought that the sales will call me and apologize for the long wait, she rather turned her back and was doing something else, no eye contact to acknowledge that i was waiting. I have to excuse her that can't she see that i am waiting. The excuse she gave me was that she is waiting for the woman to move, whereas the woman have moved to the front to pack her stuffs.
She was very rude to me . The other people came and explained to them, They de escalated the situation.
