Do not park in here, it's a fraud. They start to count the parking since the first second you come in, through the camera system, even if you haven't park yet, as soon as you are in the parking starts. Ticket machines are disabled or simply don't accept your card (and the failed transaction will be displayed with extreme slowness). You can pay online but before you figure out how do it, how downloading the app, already 10 minutes are gone and they will charge these 10 minutes because you can't start the payment before the time you are paying for it. To sum up, not only you pay the parking which is already expensive but you will receive a parking fine at home as well

Disgusting and evil people and no "fair" independent appeals service are there to help! I had to stay in the queue to pay for my ticket and was charged for overstaying when the actual machine determines your parking time and you can't pay more even if you want to!!!! I have shown all the cheques, photos to prove I did not overstay and they don't care, they just want your money! They are like a car trap, if you entered, then give your money! Have appealed to POPLA and they have refused, I am shocked!!!! And POPLA is by no means independent!!!! They would never accept even the most legitimate appeal because they act to the interest of UKPC and similar private profit-making, ethically questionable, organisations

Convenient location to park if you're visiting the nearby Princess Diana memorial playground. Be very careful of overstaying though as it is operated automatically by cameras

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, theysthey live in medieval ages. Machines not working. Paid £18 by phone and entered a wrong VIN, asked for a refund and never received one. Paid second time and exceeded the allocated time by a few minutes and received a £60 ticket, all evidence of full payment provided was completely ignored.
