As Bayswater main road has a lot of roadworks and confusing street parking signage. I decided to use Q-Park Bayswater. I should have known the so called 'Quality' just by the entrance. The carpark signage is confusing also, I think level 1 and 2 or is that -1 or -2 is private and VIP parking. VIP parking area is a joke. I finally got to the only floor I think I was allowed to park on.. the carpark stank of urine, dirty, areas were locked off with board. As a single mother I did not feel safe at all. To exit is by stairs unless you go around in circles. The stairwell area is dirty and smelt like sewage. Only enough for 1 person to walk down. Wasn't sure which direction to walk when using the stairs up or down. Because signage is useless. I paid £12.00 and I feel I have been robbed. If this is your so called Quality car parks.. I will park else where or even take public transport

this car park only has 1 star and i would not give in any starts but the system will not allow for this, i have been in the area 18 months, and 5 of those were in lockdown and did not use the car park, and in that time we have had our cars broken into at least 10 times, its unmanned with gates that did not work for months and months. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK

Is not a secure car park at all ! On Friday 25th September someone broke into my car and also into other 4 cars ! I reported to the police then i called Qpark the only thing what they could say "I'm really sorry to hear that " that's all .... if you have other choice park somewhere else this is not a good car park at all and they not doing anything about and they know really well that is not the first time happening this !

AVOID!! No security. Avoid if you value your personal safety or that of your car. Pedestrian gates left open. Car entry left open for at least the past 3 days that I'm aware of. No on site staff. A 10 year tenure of paying for a secure park here and in the past 2 years security and staff are non-existent. My car got broken into and lived in for a week, the staff didn't notice until I discovered the significant damage. No apology and no compensation. Yesterday and today, the auto and pedestrian gates wide open. I wnt to park my car tonight but upon finding a group of men using cars as tables for their food and drink on the lower levels, the smell of cannabis over powering as soon as we got to that level, and other hooded people passing us as we parked to join them carrying bags of food and alcohol, I removed my car from the car park tonight. I will be looking for alternative solutions with even the vaguest pretence at security. AVOID if you value your personal safety, not to mention that of your car. UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE BELOW; my partner and I have been in contact by email and phone multiple times in the past 36hrs. No explanation, apology, compensation or response as yet.
