I needed parking near Bayswater and found the car park easy to access and just what I needed. Happily recommend it.
I was given "false" information regarding pricing and parking by the reception. I didnt secure the deal and was later given a call that evening to discuss things further, I told him I was happy to move on with the information I was given by the reception when suddenly he shut me down very assertive and aggressively. I dont know what warrants that kind of behavious but I ignored it and remained calm, I asked if there was a reason I might of been given the "wrong" information, he replied in a rude and curt tone, "I know because Im the owner". I politely refused services and set the phone down, I was in a little shock... The owner of a business talking to a customer like that is just atrocious. I did nothing to warrant that kind of behaviour, he came off very arrogant and full of himself, avoid.

Small issue getting out, but very helpful staff.
Easy transaction and convenient. Fair price to park.. shame its only open u til 10pm. Would be nice if 24hrs. Overall good experience though
