Staff very helpful in directing you to the appropriate counter, slick service,.
i went up up Friday the 9th of October aroubd half 1 ish to refund a game as delivery was being complicated,
there was a young blonde lady there to first greet us as we walked in and she really helped directing us where to go and the other lady with light hair and glassess really helped by quickly getting a refund they were both amazing, seet and polite and made my day
I went here today with the intention of buying a cheap watch for work, but was told I could use an online screen which I’d have to touch, but wasn’t allowed to look at watches behind a screen. Apparently this is to prevent customers from browsing. Well here’s a news flash for you Argos, other than the watches, you haven’t actually got anything out to browse. It seems we can shop almost normally everywhere else, but not here. I know there’s a pandemic around, but there are very few cases here. It needs to be taken seriously, but really Argos, get a grip.
Located in Pemberton Park Shopping Centre, near a bus stop {the 111 and L3 buses stop there}.
Pemberton Park has a large car park as do most out of town shopping areas.
When I arrived to pick up an item on click and collect, there were no members of staff front of house behind the counters, for a good five minutes after my arrival.
This does not reflect well on Argos Llanelli Parc Pemberton in comparison to the often excellent service provided by other branches of Argos.
For the above reason I am unable to recommend.
