The pharmacist was shouting at me to go to my gp, refusing to take calls from my GP, and refusing to even check my records when I told her my GP is not there for a simple emergency supply. It ended with her (some Arab lady) asking my why I even went into Lloyd’s because she has never seen me before. That’s the right attitude; well done.
