Handed over two pairs of trousers for dry cleaning. Clearly specified dry cleaning and the guy made a call to confirm it could be done same day. Charged £17.50 upfront. Collected and were damp and smelling of washing powder. Clearly labelled ‘dry clean only’. Complained and gave my details for a call back once investigations made. No call ever came.
