The lady that wears the slippers is always so rude and unhelpful.
There is also always a man standing outside who is drunk makes you feel uneasy sometimes to enter.
Do you close at 6 or 7 as one lady in slippers will not let you use machine after 5.30 which isn’t very fair.
Left my washing to be dried there, the Lady on duty was helpful & friendly but when I collected my items, many had been dried for too long and ruined! Had to throw away some cardigans & 2 shirts. Do your own washing / drying if you go there, there is zero care given to your clothing!
Hot water in washing machines. Hot air in tumble dryers and hot customers in early on Saturday mornings.
