Worst customer service ever!!! I collected my husband's dry cleaning and was told by Andy "I knew the poppers on the shirt would break" if that was the case should you not advise the customer, then they can make a decision whether they would like you to go ahead and clean the clothes. He then changed his story and said they were already broken when the items were brought in. We asked to get the clothes fixed and was charged when I tried to explain that we should not be charged Andy became irate said he was angry and walked away. That is not how to speak to customers. His colleague then said they take no responsibility for damages. They obviously do not understand the Sales of Goods Act also refers to services. I do not believe all of the glowing reviews on this page.

Absolutely the best dry cleaners in the world. Served my every need and more. 10/10 would dryclean clothes again.

We've been using this place for our dry cleaning for years, and have always found the service excellent and prices reasonable.
