Do not use this place, money swallowed by machine. No contact number working on the wall. Only one machine working out of 8. Programme began, no water dispensed at 8pm well before the 8.30 cut off. I want my money back!

I have been to this launderette since i was young but now everything is fine when the new assistant is working there. The issue is that the washing machine always goes in the faulty mode and can't do anything about it but have to wait for the cycle to finish. Yesterday i called the phone number three times but no one picked up. If there is something wrong with the machine, i would want my refund back since i spent almost 9 pounds on washing machine to get my clothes washed. i would want to shut that place down due to the lack of staffs and assistants available. These people need to take their job seriously. Same thing to the rules about one dryers only, since they are not there, people used up to 4 dryers each because excessive amount of clothes. I would get this company to sort itself out now or i want it to be shut down.
