WARNING – WORST DRY CLEANER IN LONDON!!! PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU THINK OF USING THIS DRY CLEANER!!!!! On 3 occasions I tried to use this dry cleaners service as he is my local dry cleaner, and I am one to always want to support local business however the owner of the business treated me and my mother in a way that I never been treated before by any business and here is why: 1. Upon collecting my dry cleaning, we noticed 2 rust marks from his Iron on 2 separate items of clothing (which were brand new) – when I showed him the marks he became defensive AND STARTED TO SHOUT AT ME, and HE DIDN’T CARE ABOUT MY GARMENTS & TOLD ME HOW HE DIDN’T WANT THE BUSINESS ANYWAY . 2. I asked if he could reclean them as I did not accuse him of anything AT WHICH POINT HE THROW THE GARMENTS AT ME AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF THE SHOP (My mother was with me and couldn’t believe what was going on!) 3. I told he that the customer is always right, and which point he laughed at me and said ‘F* the customer, I’m always right!’ 4. I WAS AT THE POINT OF CALLING THE POLICE AS THIS WAS ABUSE. I don’t normally write reviews however this man is crazy and does not deserver any new business. p.s. I had to give 1 star because of google to show the review, however this dry cleaner deserver -5 stars and more.
