I paid 12 pound for my coat to be dry cleaned which seemed a good price at the time. Its come back much smaller and with the zipline all wonky. Not sure how "dry" this clean was...

Excellent customer service. Very quick service on personal request. Never had any problem with the their services. Always on time and some products offers very generous discount. This is one the best reasonable dry cleaner in the south west area.I always use them on regular basis. I never had any issues with them. I recommend people to go and try out their various services such as key cutting, dry cleaning small and big items also they do all sort of alterations for ladies , gents including kids. Very pleased with their friendly warm behaviour with customers. Highly recommended !!!!!!

Disappointing results. Had coat dry cleaned and paid extra £5 (I top if £13) to have ‘fluff removed’. Pick up and still lots of fluff left and was told ‘it’s a black coat so there will be fluff and that is common’ - why pay the extra money then? Have had same coat dry cleaner at place near home with much better result and half the price but this was convenient location for work, unfortunately will not be using them again!

They are excellent dry cleaners!! I have had several jeans altered there perfectly, the service is very friendly, honest and reliable, and I have never had any problems at all. In fact, I have used them so many times that I cannot believe any fake reviews. I use them all the time and have always been pleased with their service. Please people, be careful and steer clear of the haters!!!

If you like getting robbed of your money, please drop by Krystal Dry Cleaners in Stretham. This place is a complete rip off. I took a couple of items for repair. They wanted £30 just to place 2 Zip slides that came off the zipping line (a perfectly common occurrence). Please note, they were not replacing the zipping on the items. As previously described, I just needed them to place the 2 metal Zip slides back onto the zipping line and that's it. I could not believe what I was hearing. I was being charged £15 per item, a total of £30. Daylight robbery. Stay away if you don't like getting ripped off. I would give it a 0 * rating if it was possible.
