I had several sessions of physio with Orson . He corrected my vertigo and was very sensitive to my situation and symptoms He understood the way it was affecting my life. He pays great attention to detail and listens in a reflective way creating a team approach . Whenever I saw him he enabled me to have a positive view of my health whilst addressing the issues . I would recommend Orson as a skilled physiotherapist and health professional .

I've seen Orson a few times over the years and he's really helped me with my ongoing feet pain. Which now seems to be tackled once and for all. He's also helped me with a sprained wrist. He's a highly passionate and conscientious practitioner. Highly reccomend!

Running is an important part of my daily schedule – so when my Achilles tendon become very sore and sensitive - it was clear that I needed to get some advice and treatment quickly. Orson gave me a series of exercises over several weeks that progressed in their intensity and load bearing and while I am normally a little careless in following instructions, in this case I was motivated to do it. Following three weeks of religiously doing the exercises I am now back to my morning jog and have a series of exercises that warm up the tendon and can provide relief and treatment as soon as I get any twinges – very grateful for your help Orson !

After playing a cricket match and then a whole day of sitting I got a very severe pain at the back of my thigh. The pain made me limp I couldn't walk normally or think about sport or the gym. I also had some numbness in my toes. A thorough physiotherapy assessment identified a sciatic nerve issue and an ongoing weakness from a past hamstring muscle strain. The pain was uncomfortable, frustrating and even excruciating at times but in life most things require hard work and time to fix. After physiotherapy and doing exercises the pain and numbness have gone. I am now back at the gym and feeling confident in getting strong.
