They say their work is covered by a six month guarantee . Our roof was leaking, they came to fix it. It continues to leak . They came to see it again and said one tile needed replacing and that this was covered by the guarantee . That was on November the 2nd. Nobody has come since then and now they won’t return my calls or answer my emails .

I did some research online and came across M&K Roofing I watched Martins youtube videos online and was amazed buy his work. anyone needing a reputable roofer these are your guys. Martin was very honest and reliable I had my flat roof replaced in just a day, excellent workmanship and very thorough, and took all the rubbish away also. In 2016 I lost my father and I was honoured to take on the role of handling my mothers domestic affairs. This in turn had her rely on my judgement on anything structural or internal to hire for repair. After much searching and with much caution found M&K roofing. I did the usual checks and found a vast amount of video and literature of their process and workmanship guarantee. On receipt of a very welcoming email Martin came to the house to do an evaluation of what needed being done. My mother who has a very keen eye for hygiene and domestic respect immediately gravitated to the company as Martin covered his boots with protection before entering the house. That is the attention to detail that made this encounter a rarity these days. It also brought to my attention when my father was alive, that we never went up on the roofs to see the damage they were repairing. He just trusted them. Not being a roof expert or a great ladder climber, Martin took a aerial drone video shot of the roof condition to stress the work needed. And had the video within hours of the inspection. That's when I was convinced this was the company to go with. An absolutely sterling experience with constant updates and near immediate response to emails and texts. The roof looks a million dollars. Mum and myself couldn't be happier and are checking google maps for the selfie. Thank you M&K roofing. Quality workmanship, excellent price and superb customer service 10/10.

I used this company to do my roofing 5 years and had the extended guarantee package to fix small problems. When I had leaking problem on my flat roof winter last year, Martin and his company were not prepared even look at the problem and kept on ignoring all communications. I would say steer clear of this company and use a reputable company.
