Slightly exposed. Can be windy. The car park by the castle can be INUNDATED by sea. Always check tides or ask locals. DO NOT leave car in car park for long period. If you have to do so, leave EMERGENCY contact details on windscreen. Many cars have been destroyed by tides, mainly spring tides. I have seen many a car inundated with locals unable to locate the owner. Lovely walk between castle and estuary. Check out Dylan Thomas boathouse.
