SHOCKING!!! Brought my car for service and MOT to this people. The car went in in good conditions, I collect it with “engine malfunction” on display. After few attempts to fix it they shrugged their shoulders and claimed that is NOT their fault and is NOTHING to do with them and that I need to take the car somewhere else ( “to be seen by an electrician”). Really disappointed and I definitely don’t recommend to anyone to have to deal with them.......

I used these guys to replace 2 tyres & had a first class service. I have previously used a well known chain to do work & had a less than favourable service so I'm happy & will use National again without question

I called the Wimbledon branch just moments ago to make a simple enquiry about the average time it would take to have two tyres replaced, as it is an emergency repair and after giving a curt and rude response whoever was on the phone promptly closed it while I was mid sentence. I found this incredibly rude. I'm just trying to help my parents get their tyres replaced and in no way did I deserve that kind of treatment over the phone. We will certainly be taking our business to a different local service as of today. I'm just shocked anyone would treat a potential customer this way during a global pandemic. Sort yourselves out!!! I was literally advised by autocare online chat to call up the branch and they would be happy to provide help. NOT!

As a woman you always feel a bit on edge when you need to have a service or ask for advice from a garage. I habe been patronised and ripped off in the past. Really lovely and helpful man explained everything clearly and my options, including costs. He even looked up when certain parts should be replaced and gave me advice concerning when to have work done. Really good experience, would recommend.
