Does not even deserve one star. Rubbish service and the property was not cleaned. They do not have any understanding on how to clean and is a corrupt company. If you have a dispute they do not try and solve they send you straight to court. We will be taking further action as they do not have any complaints procedure and does not accept liability for carrying out cleans. They basically attended to the property to have a cup of tea then leave. Jackie needs to attend and see properties her self after they have been cleaned, to see who is fake and who is not :) If you have any issues JACKIE please respond back to my review and do not tell me I am FAKE like you have to your other clients.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is the most unprofessional cleaning company i have ever worked with. The service was disgusting and they have no complaints procedure in order to deal with any issues they have. They are absolute time wasters who send unprofessional emails and try and attempt to threaten with going to court. Please see the pictures attached from AFTER their "clean". Only paid because we felt sorry for you and your business and so we never have to hear from JACKIE HOULDEN EVER AGAIN.

Very good clean from Fernando and his sister on behalf of Selclene. We were at an end of tenancy and it was a big townhouse that had been lived in by 4 people, the carpets needed a proper going over, as did most of the house. They came in, got on with it and really did a great job. The difference between when they came in to when they left was really noticeable I would recommend them as a very good company to use for end of tenancy clean Regards, Robert Sullivan

I have used Selclene regularly for several years and they are great. They are professional and always send round cleaners who do a great job. I have tried other cleaners every now and then, mainly because they were cheaper, but realised that the extra cost of using Selclene is worth it, because other cleaning companies send round people who are not professional cleaners and do a bad job. You always have to finish up after them and so you've basically wasted your time and money. Highly recommend them if you want your house properly cleaned!
