What can I say other than exceptional! Bradley came to give me an initial quote a time and date that suited me, and then arranged to come and clean the carpets when it was convenient.
Bradley was friendly, courteous and observed all of the social distancing expectations whilst inside my house. He explained everything that was going to happen whilst he was here, and left everywhere clean and tidy after her left.
I would highly recommend this local service and really happy to have helped support a local business.
Communication with Bradley was brilliant - he popped round to give a quote the same day I called. Quote was very reasonable and he turned up perfectly on time to do the work. Very professional and a lovely guy - made amazing work of the carpets - they look fabulous! Thanks so much Bradley.
