Patrick is a fantastic guy.. really went above and beyond to make my place sparkle, and also to help me fix some things that were broken (nothing to do with him, but he still kindly helped!) He even came out on a weekend to help me. Can't recommend him highly enough. Shame I can't move him to Wales where I am now. :)
