As other reviewers have said, go here if you want all your clothes to come back stinking of urine.
I wish I had read the previous review. I just moved into the area and had my favourite dress and some cushion covers dry cleaned here and they came back smelling disgusting - urinal/toilet duck smell. Never had this problem with any other dry cleaners. God knows what they have done to achieve this? Do not recommend! Will not be going back.
Asked for suit jacket button to be restiched back on, I still have the saftey pin where the button is meant to be. Also smells like lemon toilet freshener.
I brought my trench coat to be dry cleaned, it was fine, just needed to be pressed really. When I picked it up I noticed it had a strong smell of urinal. I asked the owner if he could fix it, and he said he'd do it again "just to please me", it came out smelling even worst. When I raised the issue he treated me with no respect, did not show any remorse for having made a mistake in the process and refused to refund me my money even though he ruined my garment.
