I will not be using this Lauderette again. There is one particular member of staff who's very well known to be very abrasive, rude, argumentative and very unhelpful indeed. Her customer service skills are absolutely appalling and she gives the other hardworking members of staff a very bad name.

Great service and loads of newish machines...giving you peace of mind that your clothes will be safe from any tears...not to mention the likelihood of machine availability at any given time
