Scammers taking advantage of covid by refusing to refund when flights are cancelled. EDIT - the owner replied saying 'fake review' which of course is another lie, typical of a company of scammers. Here is the reply they sent when I emailed asking for a refund or credit note because all flights were cancelled due to covid - I suppose the owner will claim I made this up too... "Unfortunately, you have booked a non-flex parking product which means booking can not be cancelled or amended or refunded hence we are unable to cancel this booking. You cannot only pick & choose with your convenience please read the terms & condition ( cancellation policy -4.6 ) 4. CANCELLATION POLICY 4.6 Non-Flexible rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded. Kind Regard, Sonal A2Z Airport Parking Team"

Terrible experience unfortunately there is not a button to click 0 stars as that would have been done they never collected the car they left me waiting 45 minutes without any show or anybody answering their phone I end up putting it in the long stay car park nearly missing my flight and costing me a lot more and also this company is refusing to give me my money please do not fall for this company

DON’T USE - we travelled from Manchester and I would not recommend this firm under any circumstances. You have to drive into a car park at T1 level 7 - wait an age for your car to be collected pay £4 extra for the privilege. On your return you again have to go to level 7 of the car park and wait an age - don’t believe them when they say 10 mins that is simply not true - avoid at all costs. RUBBISH

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Do not book this company! We booked these to do a meet and greet for our vehicle prior to us going on our honeymoon flying from Manchester Airport! We paid in full and received a booking confirmation number and email. On arrival the company refused to collect us and said there was no room in their car park. Even though we had a confirmation email! They take bookings without checking with the actually company who are sent to collect the customers! We we left with no choice but to use the multi story car park at the airport with a cost of £280 to park our car for 5 nights! This company refuse to contribute to any of the cost and I’m still waiting to be refunded with the money they took without providing the service they said they would. This company should be closed down! Nothing but fraudsters .

Had to leave a review since the others do not seem fair. I have used this company twice when I went to Cuba and last week when I went to Portugal. As I have an expensive car which has a tracker I decided to watch what this company did with my car and they did not do anything other than pick it up on time, take it to their depo and drop it off once I'd landed. For clarification, I decided not to tell them that I had a tracker as I've had other instances where companies will use my car whilst it's in their possession so wanted to see if this company would do the same and they didn't. Bearing in mind I paid roughly £10 a day (£70 for a week) for the service to go door to door with my luggage (golf clubs, suitcases, my elderly grandfather) this is cheaper than two people getting a return train fair on the Gatwick express. I do not understand why other people don't see this for what it is which is a cheap door to door service where you get to drive your own car to the front door of the airport then pick it up as soon as you walk out of arrivals when you get back. My mother even said she didn't realise how good this was and she would use it next time too. I will be back, thank you A2Z Parking.
