Few times visited this pharmacy, so far no complaints. Polite and helpful staff. Treat people how you want to be treated and you’ll leave the premises happy.

I had visited 5 chemists on Streatham High Road. I needed a finger splint. I had met complete with indifference in all of them. I finally found what I was looking for in the Streatham Pharmacy... unfortunately the wrong size. I asked if they had other sizes. No, but they would get one in for me for the following day. Which is exactly what they did. Quiet charm and efficiency. Thank you.

Disgraceful pharmacy. I have bipolar and other underlying health issues and as a result my medication gets delivered. However several days after putting in my repeat prescription I realised it was late being delivered. So I called the pharmacy, I was told their delivery guy was off sick. Okay I get it. (Although, I did wonder if they only had 1 delivery guy?) Then I was told, to "call back because, we're busy" but in a (get off the phone nobody cares type of way) I have not been able to get a hold of the pharmacy since. And I'm talking non stop calling for days!! It's disgusting. I understand what is happening worldwide with this pandemic but to think the pharmacy staff can not bother to answer the phone says a lot. They're happy to hike up prices but refuse to answer their phone. Shame on them. Imagine elderly and vulnerable people who have no way of getting meds unless it's delivered. It's a disgrace!! And I sincerely hope once this pandemic is over that they loose valuable customers due to their greed and uncaring behaviour!!

In my opinion guilty of profiteering during the pandemic. £5+ for a tiny vial of hand santiser, up to about £12 for the standard size. Selling 'covid 19 masks' that are just the surgical style (i.e. not ffp3). Staff were friendly but management should be ashamed. Will not be revisiting.

Profiteering from a pandemic, selling ineffective masks at an extortionate price. Absolutely shameful practice for a business related to health. The cashier even admitted it : “if it was up to me i would hand these out for free darling!”. These people are not fit for purpose. Shop elsewhere
