Very unprofessional! Made an appointment over three weeks ago for a flu jab. Staff member called me twenty minutes before my appointment to tell me that they don't have stock. She told me she didn't work the day before so it wasn't her fault for not letting me know. I fully understand that there is a pandemic but surely they knew they had run out of stock? No excuse for treating paying customers like this.
Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment three weeks ago for a flu jab and they notified me while I was a couple of minutes away that they ran out of stock. They even admitted that they knew a day before but didn't bother letting me know. Some people do work and need to take time off for these things.
Waited on the phone for an hour to get my medication.
They then hung up the call.
Walked to the shop with 15m till close and they ignored myself and another customer who were knockikg and ringing the bell outside. They then came out with 5m till close and told us they were done for the day and to go home
They constantly leave one of my medications out when picking up my two repeat medications and don't bother to tell me or give me the prescription to try somewhere else if they are out of stock.
The staff are always friendly and efficient.
