Booked in for Service and MOT a month ago (sorry for the delay in writing this review which I promised). I booked it through a price comparison website which offered a good deal. Overall experience was positive whereby it was all carried out within 3 hours on a Sat. Sammy was friendly, efficient in his communication and willing to go the extra mile (excuse the pun) in providing customer service. Would be happy to use again for annual or any issues. Thank You.

Hello everyone I have been using this garage for the last 6 months. I find them very helpful , reasonably priced and providing all round excellent service. The boss Sammy is very polite and explains everything really well and the rest of the staff follow his lead. They provide a range of services including tyres, mot, servicing, fault diagnosis and even if you need general advice they will offer you for free. For e.g my car was in a accident and the bodywork was damaged they referred me to where i can get the parts and also a recommended me a body repairer who did a excellent job. i genuinely don't go anywhere They are honest and trustworthy which is rare to find

Have used London Auto Centre LTD twice now for my new car. Extremely professional, on time and can not fault the service at all. Have recommended to my friends, family and colleagues. Will be coming back for any required servicing or maintenance on my cars in the future.

I have used these guys since they opened, and I used their predecessors for about ten years before that. At first I was thrilled with the service. The service was exemplary and I have never had a mechanic more clearly communicate what they were doing, what it would cost etc. I wrote them a couple of glowing reviews. And then, sadly, that all changed. Ok, so we have been going through Covid-19 but... This summer, and the tail end of July, they took my car and undertook some work that I needed to get done. One job was to repair the particle (anti-pollution) filter which was giving error messages, another was replacing the lock in the passenger door. Within just 12 hours of getting the car back, I got all of the same error messages regarding the anti-pollution filter, but worse, they screwed up the electrics when installing the new replacement lock, so that the car would not respond to central locking requests after two minutes, the clock resets and worse, anything plugged into what used to be the cigarette lighters, now stays on when the car is switched off, draining the battery. I noticed this within a few hours, and took it back. They called later the same day and told me that they had fixed it, but within five minutes of picking it up, it was clear they had not. All that happened was that they replaced my brand new AA battery (one with a five year warranty).. Sadly due to work commitments I had no choice but to take the car abroad as it was. I send a couple of short videos showing the ongoing problems, and they offered to put everything right when I got back. I returned to London this last week and asked them to sort it out. They were too busy to do so, and are now too busy to do so. They did give me five minutes notice to 'fix' it this afternoon, but I couldn't arrange things at that short notice. I will not be going back, and while I know there are or were very capable people there, I will not be able to trust them again. Such a shame and such a disappointment.

Sammy is a very good man, even if he's very busy, he will find time to answer all your question. I received a good after care service from this garage, this gives me peace of mind and the confidence to keep coming at this particular garage.
