This independent is a good garage, Stewart is a professional but his set up may seem like a poor man's service centre. However his prices are far too expensive. £250 for a regular oil and filter change. If it wasn't that I wanted to upload my services to the IDrive, I would have paid 80 quid and got it done elsewhere. I should have asked for the price beforehand but trusting the prices to be fair without checking was my fault. If you want your services to be uploaded to IDrive, first compare your prices to BMW main dealer, you might be better of using them.

Stewart is a knowledgable mechanic who was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my BMW within 24 hours. Good communication and transparency from Stewart. Happy with the service, cheers

Great service, would use again and recommend highly. Stuart was helpful and professional from start to finish. He stuck to social distancing rules and was very helpful.

I took my 1 series there and Stewart told me he would charge £60 to diagnose the problem- non refundable. A further £420 for labour. Total £480. Job was done fine but later found that I had been charged way over the odds. All in all competent but expensive for what he is. Furthermore, I’m not sure why a side alley garage requires email confirmation?? He claimed for offers!! Rather dubious I thought.

Stuart is extremely helpful and professional at all times. He has fixed my 320i a couple of times now, as it has had some electrical issues, also fuel injectors needed changing. He shared all stages of the repairs, being very transparent with the costs etc. he’s also very knowledgeable, and keen to discuss the issue, so we know exactly what will and won’t be done on the car. I can’t recommend him enough, and can’t understand why anyone would say otherwise. I also don’t understand people saying he is expensive - he isn’t! Not for the level of service and expertise given.
