Took my mother's car in for it's annual inspection/MOT, unfortunately on inspection there were several faults. The staff quickly advised me of these and the cost to rectify them as well as a timeframe for the works to be completed. Once i gave them the go ahead they quickly got to work and the works were completed within budget and time scale, very pleased.

Good service and honest advice. The team works as fast as it can whilst paying attention to detail. Ever so helpful and well articulated in explaining faults and diagnostic process undertaken to rectify the faults.

Service is good here but if you buy a product from them they should just fit it free of charge unless it’s a major fittings - 30 second bulb change shouldn’t cost 5£ but regardless the convenience of getting it sorted so quickly rather than going to an actual mechanic outweighs the cons of their service prices. Call up ahead of time incase theres a specific part you need to check for availability as online stock information is incorrect.

Adam the manager was amazing. Friendly enthusiastic and knowledgable. His attention to detail to make sure things were right was impressive. Had felt let down by the previous well known garage chain I’d used (you can’t get quicker....). So as a result of Adam I will now be using Halfords.

Staff was very professional yet friendly. I booked MOT test on my car. All was done on time. Great work
