They took my car after the MOT showed mandatory fixes and told me that they would provide me with a quote. I took the car in at 11am and by 4pm they had not provided me a quote. On top of that while I was giving my feedback to one staff member, he kept talking over me and failing to recognise that he had not met my expectations around customer service.
As a customer, if you are limited in terms of budget, then this may be a good place but then be prepared to have your time wasted and lots of delays.
Very professional team and one of the few who know their trade. They have always delivered an excellent service. Highly recommended!
I'm always sceptical going to a garage knowing fairly little about cars. These guys here were genuine, to the point and most surprisingly fairly priced. Let's face it garages don't usually have a price list or a menu.
I called in to book an appointment. I was dealt with in reasonable time and staff in the office were equally friendly.

Professional and friendly service . Friendly staff specially Sam! helpful and explained what the problem was in my car as it was booked in for an MOT and it had issues with the front brake pads and lights . even tho i dont know much about car but he explained every thing that was wrong in my car and the mot guidelines. I have read the reviews here people want everything for nothing . what you pay is what you get. very honest and straight to the point guy thank you Sam
Had mot and service. Had the car all day. Had to call persistently as to when I could get it back.
When I collected car wasn't even washed. Excuse car wash shut. Yes at 6 pm but was open earlier.
Come on chaps improve on the customer service.
