IT DIDN'T FEEL RIGHT WHEN I WAS GOING TO GET THE JOBS AND WENT ON A TRIAL FOR TWO HOURS. I FELT FRIGHTENED OF THE LADY RECRUITING ME. I WAS OUTSIDE FOR HOURS TO GET INTO THE BUILDING.
It was so unprofessional
The managers and staff were rude to me and when I complained,the manager did not take my complaints seriously.They also threatened to give me a bad reference. I wouldn't recommend this nursery at all. I was paid below the minimum wage as well.
Both my children have attended Fatemah Day Nursery. My younger one is still there. The staff are really focused on the wellbeing and education of the children and mine have always been happy and thriving there.
The aunties are dedicated and genuinely caring and affectionate towards the children. Together with the management team, they work with the parents to support the children throughout their time there.
We have been very lucky with Fatemah Day Nursery for the care given to our children and the peace of mind given to us parents, able to go to work knowing they're in such good hands.
My son has attended for 5months and unfortunately we had to move house. I had an amazing experience with all the staff! They have looked after him so well, and he has learned so much in this 5 months! Highly recommend it.
Outstanding Ofsted nursery that my son loves and has many friends at. An added bonus is the parents are a great crew too and hang out together at children's parties etc. Thank you for the care Team Fats!
