It's always difficult sending your child to a nursery for the very first time, especially when that's during a world of Covid insecurities! Caroline (the manager) has been efficient and great at answering my queries and helping me feel at ease. With my daughters' dairy allergy they've been good at offering her dairy-free alternatives during her settling in sessions and she seems to have taken to the nursery quite well.
We had an incident during her very first session that Caroline dealt with quite professionally and with care which made me feel like she'd be safe there. There's no place like home for a baby but when they go to the staff without crying for you, what more could you want :)
We have just had a tour of the nursery this morning and were extremely impressed with the amazing facilities and the way the management and staff make communication a priority! A diary app is a great way to see what your children are doing throughout the day and it’s all live info. All the children were so happy and relaxed and the staff seemed very professional!
Our daughter has attend this nursery since she was 9 months old and you could not get a more dedicated team of professionals! We love all the activities the she gets up to during her week there from parachute games and gardening to cooking and yoga not to mention the science experiments - highly recommended - from a real parent!
A lovely close knit team of staff that have made the transition of our child from the Explorer baby room into the Discover 2-3’s room a seamless and very happy experience. A big thank you from two very happy parents!
What a beautiful, fresh, bright and clean nursery! The staff and manager could not have made us feel more welcome on our tour today! Excellent!!!
