This is a superb nursery. Naturally they are running a school for babies and toddlers, so there are always some ups and downs, but as a neighbour works for a nursery, we were in a unique position to compare. We have two beautiful daughters who were there from the ages of 2.5 years to school age (around 2 years in total). Positives Excellent provision of resources. There is always something new in the garden, both in terms of toys and climbing frames, running track and other bits and bobs they introduced animals for the children and indoors things get replaced when old. Everything was always clean as well (well not always the children - they had FUN!) which meant a lot to my wife Jana. Active play is mixed with discipline in a way our girls found enjoyable. The moment they went to Purple Panda we noticed an immediate improvement in speech, maths, drawing and much more. They were always good girls so the routine was fairly easy for them to adjust to. Purple Panda's goal is to make all children ready for school. It has a highly educational focus and I cannot express that if the goal for your little one(s) is education, this is at the heart of the nursery, our girls are more than ready, both academically and practically with the nursery helping with toilet training, dressing and many other things. Most of all, we always felt the staff charged with our world loved our children. It wasn't just a job, they really loved our girls and that more than anything meant the world to us. Naturally teaching toddlers is a tricky old business and not always a smooth ride. Purple Panda can improve their communications with parents and while they have a good relationship with a local old people's home, there were not the trips promised nor grand parent's days and other initiatives. If not mentioned we wouldn't have expected them, and classes such as Yoga Bugs and other fun activities where local experts were brought in more than made up for this. All in all, this is a great nursery and by and large improving each year. I can highly recommend this for parents and in particular my thanks to Arianne, Lanka and Vanessa and the whole team for helping to give Sophie and Melissa a great start in life.

My son has been with Purple Panda for a year now. It is a lovely, friendly nursery and we are extremely happy there. The quality of care exceeds my expectations and above all my son loves it. There is a true warmth about the place and the children are always smiling. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for top quality care for their child....if you can get in!

I can't give a comparative review as this is the only nursery that my two year old has attended, but we think it's marvellous. There's fantastic quality of care from great staff, it's well managed and run, food is nutritious and varied, activities are fun and educational and above all my little one is extremely happy there. Can't think what else we could wish for really!
